With a focus on academic excellence, Mark holds an associate degree in Emergency Medical Science and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management. As a Level II Paramedic Instructor, he imparts his vast knowledge to aspiring paramedics, shaping the next generation of EMS professionals. Mark ensures high training standards and compliance, developing programs and maintaining regulatory protocols.
